What payment methods does the website support? Does it support multi-currency settlement for gas generator parts?

How soon will a payment bill be generated after submitting a gas generator parts order? Will the order be automatically cancelled if payment is not made in time?

What is the delivery time for gas generator parts to different countries/regions? Can I specify a logistics provider?
We have established long-term cooperation with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local high-quality logistics providers for gas generator parts delivery. Delivery times are categorized based on destinations:
  1. Core markets (the contiguous United States, 27 EU countries, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan): 10-21 working days;
  2. Secondary core markets (Southeast Asian countries, Canada, South Korea, major cities in the Middle East): 15-30 working days;

  • Sea freight orders: Free shipping to major global ports for a single order with an actual payment of over $5,000 (excluding destination port miscellaneous fees for heavy parts).
How to track logistics progress for gas generator parts? Do I need to provide additional documents for customs clearance?
After the gas generator parts are shipped, we will send the tracking number and query link to you via email. You can also click "Track Logistics" in "My Orders - Shipped" to check the real-time location and status of the package. Is sample application supported for gas generator parts? How are sample fees and shipping costs calculated?
Sample application is supported for regular gas generator parts, with a limit of 1-2 samples per part (e.g., 1 spark plug, 1 oil filter). Most samples are free (cost fees are required for specially customized parts like non-standard gaskets, subject to customer service quotation). Customers need to bear the sample shipping costs, and you can choose freight collect or prepaid when placing the sample order (prepaid shipping costs can be deducted from subsequent bulk orders of generator parts). Application process: Click "Apply for Sample" on the product details page, fill in the delivery information and requirements, and customer service will arrange shipment within 1-3 working days.
What if the gas generator part specifications do not match the description on the details page?
If the specifications (such as size, material, voltage rating) of the received gas generator part do not match the description on the details page, do not unpack or install the part. You need to take photos of the physical part, packaging, and specification labels within 7 days of receipt and send them to the customer service email ([email protected]). We will verify within 48 hours. After confirming the issue, we will either send you the correct specification part for free, provide a full refund (including round-trip shipping costs), and also give a $20 no-threshold coupon as compensation for any installation delays.

IV. After-Sales Service Related

If there is a quality problem during gas generator part use, how to apply for after-sales service?
All our gas generator parts come with a 12 month international warranty (specific warranty period can be found on the product details page; wear parts like air filters have a 3-month warranty). Within the warranty period, if the part cannot be used normally due to quality problems (e.g., defective ignition coils, leaking fuel lines), you can apply for after-sales service by following these steps:
  1. Log in to your account, find the corresponding order in "My Orders - Completed", and click "Apply for After-Sales Service";
  2. Select "Quality Problem", and upload photos of the part problem (such as cracks, corrosion, functional failures) and a video of the faulty generator operation;
  3. Customer service will review within 24 hours. After confirmation, three solutions will be provided: free repair, free replacement with a new part, or refund at a discount based on usage time;
  4. If you choose replacement, we will arrange shipment first, and you do not need to wait for returning the old part (the old part needs to be returned within 15 days after receiving the new part, and we will bear the shipping cost).
Is after-sales service supported for customized gas generator parts?
Customized gas generator parts (such as custom-length fuel hoses, special-spec flywheels) cannot be resold, so no-reason after-sales service is not supported. However, if there are quality problems (such as incorrect thread size, material fatigue exceeding the agreed standard), warranty service is still available, and the processing process is the same as that for regular parts. Before placing an order, we will provide a customized sample for confirmation (requires customer's signature for approval), and mass production will be arranged only after confirmation to minimize after-sales issues for custom parts.
Is gas generator part usage and installation guidance provided?
Yes, we provide multilingual user manuals (including Chinese, English, Spanish, French) for all complex gas generator parts (such as voltage regulators, carburetors, starter motors). The manuals will be sent along with the package after placing an order, including step-by-step installation diagrams and torque specifications.
